Dear all,
I have got a employment offer from employer in Mississippi. I am currently in H1B status. When I am looking for filing address, I am confused by the following information on the I-129 instructions sheet:
Regular Processing
Except for the classifications listed below, Form I-129 is filed either at the CSC or VSC, depending on the location of the temporary employment.
Exceptions:
Additionally, H-1B employers filing petitions which are cap exempt must file at the CSC.
My question #1, I am cap exempt due to H1b transfer so I should file to CSC but employer location is in Mississippi so I should file VSC as per employer location.
Please clarify me the filing location.
My question #2, In sections 2.2 and 2.5 of I-129 form, am I currect If I check e for 2.2 and c for 2.5??
Appreciate your timely response
Thank you

If your parents have B1/B2 stamped and valid upto a future date, they dont need DATV.
Otherwise , they do

There is nothing going on with isnamerica.
Though apparently, even with 28,000 members they don't have their own presentation, they plan to poach ours! Not by asking if they could btw, just poaching.

Yeah, right, first u need to find out which 140 was withdrawn. If the approved one is withdrawn, u r safe based on the fact that the same 140 was used with 485.

Hi,
Company B has applied for I-140 and 485 because you will work with them for a min of 6 to 12 months after getting GC.
So its not required for you to join them if they have already submitted I-140 and 485. You can say that you will join them after getting GC.
And if the 485 takes more than 180 days for the approval from the receipt date you can apply the AC21 portability rule and submit a new employment offer from anycompany and you can join that company.(Provided I-140 is approved and if I-140 is pending for more than 180 days then you can port the I-140 priority date by restarting the whole GC process)
Above is the knowledge I got from IV and google.
So u dont need to worry and join the company B, but keep them happy since they have to respond to all RFE till I-140 is approved.

My eye is drawn to that probiscus on the butterfly..... looks like a french horn or something! I can't tell you enough....you've been doing incredible work with your new camera. Agree with above comments about the cactus and disembodied foot.
